About Donation

In North Dakota, you can list your desire to be a donor when you apply for or renew your driver’s license. Most importantly, discuss your wishes with your family. Even if you have indicated on your license that you wish to be a donor, your family will be asked to consent to donation. Just complete and sign the donor identification section on your license application or state ID card. You'll need to be at least 18 years old, though. You can also register when you renew your license or ID card.
