Lions founded LEBND more than 12 years ago, and the eye bank continues to be supported by local Lions Clubs who provide leadership by serving on our all-volunteer board of directors and making financial contributions. TBI/Tissue Banks International
LEBND is a member of TBI/Tissue Banks International, a non-profit network of eye and tissue banks. TBI helps us ensure that all suitable tissue is makes its way to a transplant recipient by distributing tissue that is not needed in our community to other areas of the U.S. and around the world. They also offer administrative services that allow LEBND staff to focus on our goals of promoting donation and recovering tissue.

LifeSource
LifeSource is the designated Organ Procurement Organization for North Dakota. LEBND collaborates with LifeSource to coordinate the recovery of life-saving organs and tissues.
